Founded in 1984, Zhejiang Bistar Lighting Group ("Bistar") is a manufacturer specialized in producing lighting equipment, various bulbs and electric appliances. We have production base respectively in Jinhua, Huzhou and Ningbo of Zhejiang province, one of which is specialized in producing HID bulbs and ballast of electric appliances, the other two are specialized in producing energy-saving lamps and lighting fixtures. We have about 2500 workers and three major brands such as "bistar", "joinan", "jinri", who integrate R&D, production and sales. We have 25 years of experience in OEM and ODM, selling mainly to Europe and America. We are based on human resources and take science and technology as the first priority. We have developed many series of lighting products of our own intellectual property, including indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures such as halide lamps, high voltage sodium lamp, mercury lamp, compact fluorescent lamp bulb, fluorescent lamp, halogen bulb, energy-saving lamp, LED lamp, electronic ballast. We are leading Chinese market in energy-saving lighting respect and environment-friendly lighting respect. Moreover, we take the lead in the field of solutions to road lighting, outdoor public lighting and building lighting.

Service center of Zhejiang Bistar Lighting Group is set up in the most dynamic Chinese port city - Ningbo. Ningbo is the traffic hub of East Zhejiang, with rapid developing land, sea, air and river multidimensional transportations, in particular renowned for its Beilun Port as the "Great Port of the Oriental". The open port environment plus preferential economic policies is laying solid foundation for rapid business growth. Our sales value reached USD90 million in 2008.

We have strong R&D resources, including a collective energy oriented high efficiency R&D team assisted by college graduates with relevant discipline. Since creation, following the entrepreneurship of "breakthrough and climbing up the peak", we are introducing German state-of-the-art testing instrument and production equipment, relying on scientific and technological innovation, and insisting on appropriating a considerable part of profit into R&D of new products, technological reform, equipment transformation and reinvestment in expansion. And now, a single product line will produce 8 million pieces per year.
