In addition, we have a number of imported full automatic production run equipment, enabling our single production line capacity of 8 million pieces per year.

Precision photoelectric testing device will provide accurate value of measure and broad scope of measure (200nm-790nm). Our photoelectric measure system meets the requirements of ISO/ CIE measure standards. Through environmental exposure testing experiment, we can ensure the temperature ranges from -70℃ to 250℃, and the humidity ranges from 10% to 98%RH. We have planned standard device analysis process, for grinding, corrosion and electrical property tests on the failure analysis of devices. We use SPC (statistical process control) method to ensure the best performance and cycle of products and manufacturing process.
