Product lines: At present, our factory have 15 lines for bulb (include energy saving lamps,halogen bulbs,HID bulbs), 8 lines for lighting fixture (outer lighting fixtures,LED lighting fixtures) and 5 lines for ballast. Our equipments can meet customers any demand.

Organization:
We organize a project team by different departments, including Development Dept., Procurement Dept. and Engineering Dept., ensuring smooth coordination in every process from product development to following production, thus ensuring consistent quality of product.

Development Process:
We will consider product stability, working environment threats, useful life and other factors in conceptual design, ensuring the product is designed to meet UL, CE, EMC and other requirements. We will consider procurement staff’s suggestions in pattern selection, to meet UL, ROHS and other requirements, thus ensuring product quality. And meanwhile, we will refer to engineering staff’s suggestions in late stage, to optimally serve for the facility of following-up production and the stability of processed product quality.

Production Process:
The Design Dept. and Production Dept. will connect seamlessly, to form complete documentation of production, quality inspection. We will hold a preproduction meeting each time, where every department will coordinate and determine suitable production process and guarantee approach, and they will clarify QC points and quality inspection requirements. We may set up QE and IPQC, and use specialized testing equipment to have 100% full test to major control properties of key products, and we may establish a complete shipment inspection standards for dimensions, color, order, appearance, tidiness and function, etc., ensuring every indicator meets customer’s requirements.
