We have established a after sales work supervision team comprising of management members, which is responsible for checking the progress and implementation of after service at any time. We will contract with any existing or new customer to create a after-sales following-up service archive, for future back visit regularly. We have set up a specialized After Service Dept., with dedicated staff managing ordinary consultancy, giving answers and solutions. In order to timely deliver services, we have decentralized the duties of After Service Dept. from the headquarters to operating centers at every level, so as to provide satisfactory service to customers in a wider and rapider manner. We will realize direct communication between the Technical Dept. and Customer Dept. so the After Service Dept. may feed back unsolved problems to technical staff. Customers in need can also enjoy field technical support, instant communication and solutions to quality.
